Easy Jungle Juice
Jungle juice is a fruity and affordable concoction that’s easy to drink, and great for a whole night of celebrating. You can make it once, and you’re set for the rest of the night! If you’re having a few people over for a group date or an anti-Valentine's get together (we don’t judge!), there’s enough here for the whole crew.
Better yet, if you’re heading out to a socially distanced Valentine’s bonfire, bring it with, in your BrüMate BackTap backpack cooler. This baby holds 3 gallons of your favorite drink, so you know you won’t run out. With it’s hardy Partyproof™ design, you can rest assured that it will hold up to the night’s festivities.
The Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds of strawberries
- 3 oranges, sliced
- 750 milliliters bottle of rum
- 750 milliliters bottle of vodka
- 1 gallon lemonade
- 1 gallon orange juice
- 1 gallon fruit punch
- 16 oz cranberry juice
- 1-2 cups club soda (optional)
Directions:
Start by grabbing your container. Mix up this jungle juice directly in your BrüMate BackTap Cooler or any bowl large enough to hold about three gallons.
First, slice your strawberries and oranges. The great thing about jungle juice is that you can add pretty much any type of fruit -- mix it up with pineapple, watermelon, kiwis and so on to put your own spin on it. Put all your fruit into the beverage container.
Next, pour in the rum and vodka. Since the fruit masks the liquor so well in this recipe, you don’t have to spring for top-shelf brands. (And you might need to watch how much you put in, because this drink will sneak up on you!)
Add the non-alcoholic juices for volume and top with optional club soda.
Dispense drink immediately from your BackTap using the built-in tap or refrigerate in a covered container for up to 12 hours. The longer you let it sit, the more time the fruit has to soak up the liquor. Most of us love the tasty, buzz-inducing bites of fruit at the end!

Strawberries and Champagne Margarita
Add some fun and sophisticated, southwestern flair to your date, with this strawberries and champagne margarita. The perfect way to serve up this frozen drink recipe is in BruMate’s MargTini, which will keep your drink cold no matter how steamy your Valentine’s Day plans are.
The Recipe
Ingredients:
- 10 strawberries, sliced and hulled
- 2 ounces of fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 2 ounces of tequila
- 2 ounces of triple sec orange liqueur

- ¾ cup crushed ice
- Lime zest
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 fresh mint leaves
Directions:
Use a large glass to muddle strawberries in a shallow bowl and mix in lime juice. Add the tequila and triple sec. For a frozen marg, proceed by putting your mixture in a blender and crush with ice. For an on the rocks marg, throw the mixture in your BrüMate Shaker Pint and shake thoroughly.
On a regular dinner plate, mix the salt and zest a lime. Moisten the rim of your MargTini (or regular margarita glass) with a lime wedge, and rim it in the salt mixture. Then add ¾ cups of crushed ice.
